We hope you love your new Prettykind item but if for any reason you wish to make a return, our return policy is 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must never have been worn, washed or otherwise altered. Please take extra care when trying on garments as we can't accept items that have any makeup stains or perfume on them. It must also be returned in the original Prettykind organic cotton bag packaging. 

The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.

To complete a return, please email with your order number and the following information:

- Item to return

- Return reason

- Select return or request an exchange

- Comments (optional)

Once your return request has been authorised we will contact you via email and supply you with a Returns Authorisation Number, the return address details and a Returns Form, which should be included inside your return package. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns.

We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued back into your account.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless in extraneous circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you purchased the wrong size we can also sometimes offer exchanges, but please make sure you have viewed our sizing charts before ordering to avoid this.

To return your product, you need to contact us at in order to receive the return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
